Objective
My goal is to help my clients – citizens, residents, corporations, businesses, families and individuals here and abroad – to live their lives and conduct their affairs unlimited by United States immigration laws. If I can get the immigration laws to work for you, and support myself and my staff while doing it, I have been a success. I believe in what I do.
Since 1995, I have represented corporations and individuals – information technology firm or psychoanalysit, cultural organization or skating coach – an immigration, naturalization and citizenship matters. Through my efforts, hundreds of people from every continent have become United States citizens, lawful permanent residents, long term residents, investors, or temporary workers in the United States – and made life better for their family’s next generation and for the United States.

The Rug and the Parchment
Hanging on my wall are a Navajo rug woven by Teec Nos Pos Indians in the 1950’s and a framed parchment hand-lettered by a legal scribe in England in 1761. The Navajo rug reminds me that anyone who did not immigrate descended from someone who did (even Native Americans, who crossed a land bridge from Asia). And the legal document fixes my mind on the imported legal system we try to use (imperfectly) to decide who will immigrate next.
